Cloud Over the Moon ("we," "us," or "the operator") sets out this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information on the Cotm Studio website and the applications we provide (collectively, the "Service").
We may collect the following information in the course of providing the Service.
When you contact us, we may collect your email address, the content of your inquiry, and other information necessary to respond.
Our apps may handle records, settings, created content, and other information you enter. Unless otherwise noted for a specific app, this information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.
In apps that implement a third-party advertising SDK (such as Google AdMob), device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, app usage data, ad display/interaction data, crash reports, and other information may be collected automatically for ad delivery, troubleshooting, and service improvement. Whether a given app currently implements such an SDK is disclosed in that app's own store listing and in-app privacy notice (see Section 9).
This website (cotmstudio.com) does not use any analytics tools or cookies of our own to track visitors. It does load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which may transmit information such as your IP address to Google's servers when the page loads.

This describes the general case. Whether a specific app currently implements such an SDK, and any further detail, is disclosed in that app's own App Store / Google Play listing and its in-app privacy notice, which govern for that app (see Section 9).
Some of our apps may use Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to deliver ads. Google AdMob may collect the information described in Section 3 for ad delivery, measuring ad effectiveness, and fraud prevention. Please refer to Google's own Privacy Policy and related terms for how Google handles this information. Where required by law, we or our advertising partners obtain appropriate consent before combining such information with personal data.
If the Service uses any other third-party services, those providers may collect or use information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or alteration of the information we collect.
For information stored on your device, you are responsible for properly managing your device, OS, backups, and the app itself. Uninstalling an app may delete the information stored on your device, and we cannot guarantee that deleted data can be recovered.
Information stored on your device can generally be corrected or deleted by you, either through in-app functionality or by uninstalling the app.
If you wish to review, correct, delete, or stop the use of your personal information held by us, please contact us at the address in Section 11. We will respond within a reasonable scope in accordance with applicable law, after verifying your identity.
If a minor uses the Service, please do so with the consent or supervision of a parent or guardian where appropriate.
This page sets out our common baseline policy across the Service. The information handled, device features used, and third-party services (including whether a given app currently uses an advertising SDK) may differ by app. For a specific app, its own App Store / Google Play listing and in-app privacy notice provide the current, authoritative detail and take precedence for that app.
We may revise this Privacy Policy as needed, due to changes in law, changes to the Service, or other reasons. The revised policy will be published on this website or through other appropriate means.

第三者広告SDK（Google AdMob等）を組み込んでいるアプリでは、広告配信、不具合の調査およびサービス改善のため、端末情報、広告識別子、IPアドレス、アプリの利用状況、広告の表示・操作情報、クラッシュ情報その他の情報が自動的に取得される場合があります。個々のアプリが現時点でこのようなSDKを組み込んでいるかどうかは、そのアプリ自身のストア掲載情報およびアプリ内のプライバシー通知に従います（9.参照）。
本ウェブサイト（cotmstudio.com）自体は、独自のアクセス解析ツールやCookieによる利用者の追跡を行っていません。ただし、フォント表示のためGoogle Fonts（fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com）を利用しており、閲覧時にIPアドレス等の情報がGoogle社のサーバーに送信される場合があります。
取得した情報は、次の目的で利用します。

当事業者は、次の場合を除き、取得した個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。
当事業者は、取得した情報について、不正アクセス、漏えい、紛失、改ざんその他のリスクを防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
端末内に保存された情報については、利用者自身が端末、OS、バックアップおよびアプリを適切に管理する必要があります。アプリを削除した場合、端末内に保存された情報も削除されることがあります。削除後のデータの復元は保証していません。
端末内に保存された情報は、原則としてアプリ内の機能またはアプリの削除により、利用者自身で修正または削除できます。
当事業者が保有する利用者本人の個人情報について、確認、訂正、削除または利用停止を希望する場合は、11.のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。本人確認を行ったうえで、法令に従い合理的な範囲で対応します。
未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の同意または監督のもとで利用してください。
本ページは、本サービス全体に共通する基本方針を定めるものです。各アプリによって、取り扱う情報、利用する端末機能および第三者サービス（広告SDKを現に利用しているかどうかを含む）は異なる場合があります。個別のアプリについては、そのアプリ自身のApp Store／Google Playの掲載情報およびアプリ内のプライバシー通知が、より現行かつ優先的な内容として適用されます。
当事業者は、法令の変更、本サービスの内容変更その他必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトへの掲載その他適切な方法で公表します。
